Andrew Morris

Andrew –

Andrew is an experienced data and insight leader with a track record of building teams and self-service insight models. Adept at translating complex data into simple solutions, Andrew has brought actionable insight to the table across a variety of industries and use cases.

His accomplishments include innovative projects combining data with marketing and advertising technology to create commercial value, which have been recognised in case studies by Google and Adobe.

Gavin –

Gavin is a seasoned expert in using data to find insights that drive actions. Passionate about nurturing talent and building teams, Gavin has over 15 years’ experience leading data, analytics and digital teams.

A pioneer of digital analytics programs, he spent six years with Adobe’s Customer Advisory Board, and has presented at events including the Adobe Summit and the Festival of Marketing. Gavin’s advocacy of data democratisation helped shape Latchmill’s vision, with accessibility forming a founding principle.

Hayley – Director of Analytics

Hayley brings a wealth of experience in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. Crafting measurement frameworks and transforming data into actionable insights across industries such as B2B, Finance, Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Public Services sectors.

Proficency in leading small teams and effectively translating business objectives into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between data-driven solutions and organisational goals.

With a strong focus on process efficiency and timely delivery, she is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Tom L – Client Services Director

Tom joins us from Adobe, where he spent the last 4 years as a Solutions Consulting Leader, leading a team of technical and strategic experts, providing expert advice on digital experience transformation to some of the UK’s best-known brands. Prior to Adobe, Tom spent over 10 years in client-side roles, including RS Group where he led the company’s data solutions and marketing technology capabilities.

Tom’s roles have focused on leading and empowering teams, crafting and executing strategic visions, and driving digital experience transformations.

David has a rich background in digital marketing, seamlessly pivoting into analytics over the past four years.

David joined Latchmill in May 2023 as an Insights Analyst. Since then, he’s showcased versatility by collaborating across a diverse range of brands and projects. His expertise lies in dissecting data and deriving actionable insights that drive measurable results

With 13 years of expertise, Jo excels in interpreting and analysing data and has extensive experience having worked in a range of industries including utilities, retail, news and charity. She’s a logical thinker, with a grounding in analytics, organised and reliable with proven project management skills. Experienced in Digital Analytics delivering insights to help key decision makers optimise their marketing campaigns, improve performance and grow their customer base. When not number crunching she’s either running or out on her road bike, walking her fox red Labrador or currently dusty from house renovation!
